New Employee Orientation
The center director, staf persons, substitutes, and unsupervised volunteers must be given orientation training and successfully complete the training before starting assigned duties. According to MN Statutes, section 245A.40, subdivision 1, training for orientation cannot be used to meet in-service training requirements. Documentation of orientation is required.
Complete these trainings prior to your first shift:
Record your time (or clock in on ADP) and send to your supervisor immediately to be included in payroll.

Current CPR and First Aid
All Child Care Center employees will have a current certification (in person) of Adult, Child, and Infant First Aid and CPR. Present your current certification to HR upon hire or sign up for the next available class.
